Case of a 32 years old man with left iliac pain .

This is the case of a 32 years old man , who is an online salesman and a resident of West Bengal .

CHIEF COMPLAINT 

The patient has the chief complaint of pain in the left iliac region from 7days.

HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS

The patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 months ago , when he sudden developed pain in the left iliac fossa . The pain lasted for a day and resolved on its own .

7 days ago , the patient developed similar pain in the left iliac region . The pain was sudden in onset , dragging type of pain . The pain progressively increased . It was felt more in the night and would reduce in the morning . The pain would be relieved on taking medication . The pain was associated with nausea and difficulty in walking due to increased pain . Due to increase in the severity of the pain , the patient was taken to the hospital today in the morning . 

The patient also complains of vomiting every morning before breakfast from 7 days . The vomitus is green in colour.

He also complains of pain and dyspepsia after eating anything.
